Straight answers

Questions we get asked.

Does the app cost anything?

No. Downloading it, booking with it and tracking your wash are all free. You only ever pay for the service itself, at the price shown before you confirm.

Do I need to create a password?

No password at all. You enter your email, we send a six-digit code, and that signs you in. The code expires in five minutes and is only ever valid once.

Can I still walk in without booking?

Yes, walk-ins are always welcome. Booking in the app just means a bay is held for you, and you get the live tracking and photo approvals that come with it.

What happens if my car needs more than I booked?

The crew photographs it and sends you a quote through the app. Nothing is done and nothing is charged unless you approve it. If you decline, your booked service continues exactly as planned.

How do I pay?

GCash, Maya, credit or debit card, bank transfer, or cash at the counter. Whichever you choose, the receipt is stored in the app against that vehicle.

Is there an iPhone version?

It is in testing now. The Android build is available today from our download page, and iOS follows once Apple review is complete.

Can I keep more than one car in the app?

Yes. Add as many vehicles as you like. Each one keeps its own wash history, photos, receipts and coating booster schedule.
