What is the total investment?
Between ₱2.4M and ₱7.5M depending on the package, which covers the licence, equipment, fit-out, software, training and your opening campaign. Land or lease is separate and depends entirely on your area.
Do I need car wash experience?
No. The crew system, checklists and software are designed so the business does not depend on the owner knowing how to detail a car.
What are the ongoing fees?
A royalty on gross sales plus a shared marketing contribution. The software is included in that, so there is no separate monthly SaaS charge. That is usually where car wash systems quietly eat your margin.
How long until I break even?
It depends on the package and the site. A ₱2.4M Express build turning ₱150–300K a month typically pays back in two to four years; the larger packages take longer because the build costs more. The biggest variables are rent and daily traffic past your lot, which is exactly what the site study measures before you sign anything.
Do I get an exclusive territory?
Flagship franchisees get exclusive area rights. Express and Standard get a protected radius. We will not open another Fayeed branch inside it, company-owned or franchised.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes, and several of our franchisees do. The multi-branch dashboard lets you compare your locations side by side on revenue, bay use and crew performance from one login.
